Just got back from my workout, sometimes I do not feel like going but when I get done; it feels good.  I biked for 15 minutes at 15 mph then ran just over two miles.  I did a light upper body lift and came home to watch a show with my wife and work on an article.  I still need to post my goals for weight loss and getting back into shape.  I did pick up a sign up sheet for a 5k run/walk; I wanted to get back into shape and start doing some races again - this may be a good deadline for me.
